God Keepsakes in Hades 2

The God Keepsakes are a great way to improve your weapon in Hades 2. These upgrades can help you get rid of enemies faster, decrease damage from enemies, or even give you an extra boost.

Aphrodite has plenty of survival potential thanks to weak health boosts, as well as reduced damage from close-range enemies. Her duo boons are also attractively super-powered.

Zeus

Zeus is the king of the gods and protector of mortals is a god of grandeur and power. He has a powerful impressive and regal appearance, with curly, long hair, and a beard or mustache. The throne is located on Mount Olympus in Greece, the highest mountain in the world. The Statue of Zeus in Olympia is a marvel of ancient times and is a testimony to his power and size. He is also god of justice and is the patron of property, cities, strangers, guests, and supplicants. He is also the god of thunder and light. He is able to listen to people's voices, imitate them, and even alter their shape. In mythology, he punishes people who commit acts of impiety or dishonor. He can also demolish mountains and cause earthquakes.

Zeus is the son of Cronus and Rhea. Zeus overthrew his father during the great war known as the Titanomachy. He then made lots with his brothers, Hades and Poseidon, for shares of the universe. Zeus had the heavens, Poseidon the sea, and Hades the underworld.

His sister Hestia is the symbol for domestic fire. Hestia was the goddess of the hearth in every Greek city. She is a god of peace who doesn't interfere with mortal matters. However, she is the patron of families and homes. She is also a goddess of order and justice. As with her brother Hades, she is able to rule over the 'fate' of men (moira). She does this to protect those who invoke her. Hestia is a great second character for building physical damage. Her Aid buff increases in a 1:1 ratio to your overall DPS.

Artemis

Artemis is the Greek Goddess of Wild Animals Chastity, Hunting, and Chastity. She is the daughter of Zeus, Leto, and Apollo. She also acts as a protector for girls and women and a protectress during childbirth. Her cults are particularly prominent in the forests of Greece. She was especially popular with the Spartans who offered their lives to her prior to launching an army campaign.

She is a virgin goddess and her strength and independence have inspired women across many areas, including the arts, sports and feministism. She is also the patron goddess of female hunters and has been depicted in many sculptures and paintings of hunting women holding bows and archers. She is also an advocate for environmental conservation being thought of as a woman who takes care of the planet.

Artemis, unlike other gods of the Greek pantheon, isn't particularly social. She doesn't like being close to other gods and questions their actions when she believes they are trying to intrude on her realm. She is not a big fan of other Olympians looking around her property.

Artemis is a god who excels at shooting. She provides a number of movement speed and pressure point buffs, which make her an excellent ranged weapon user. She is a great companion for Ares because her Duo Boon allows more consistent Doom mitigation and damage. She is a good option for weapons which encourage switching between regular and special attacks. Heart Rend boon boosts the damage of both types of.

Athena

Athena is the symbol of wisdom and strategic warfare. She is a god that fits her role as Zeus daughter. A daughter of Zeus and Metis, Athena was born from the head of Zeus and inherited the best qualities of both her parents. She is the patron god of artillery, ranged weapons and shields. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to provide powerful defensive boons. Her Deflection ability diverts enemy projectiles and melee attacks back to the source, while her Frost Strike boon can deal the most damage to enemies frozen in place or slow their speed of movement.

Her main drawback is that she offers very few offensive boons, however her damage mitigation buffs are very efficient and can be the difference between a high or low damage-focused build. Her Duo buff applies Weakness each time you hit an opponent which is especially useful when fighting in situations where you cannot avoid being struck like Elysium and Styx.

Like her cousin Zeus, Athena can be overly confident at times and think she knows better than anyone else. She also doesn't seem as close to her cousin as some of the other Olympian gods, and she is often criticizing him.

Athena, like Hermes, can provide great god-buffs for nearly any weapon. However, her boosts to attack aren't as powerful and it's generally preferring to use a god with more powerful attack multipliers such as Poseidon or Athena. Her shield special attack slows the speed of enemies' movements and her Frost Flourish blessing can increase your attack and special attack damage. However it's not as effective as other gods in their respective versions. Still, her blessings are extremely helpful and should be taken advantage of when they are available.

Demeter

Demeter is the goddess of agriculture. Her story demonstrates the balance between parental duty and love. The daughter of the Titans Cronus and Rhea, Demeter grew jealous of her siblings following the time that the Titans defeated their fathers to take over the universe. When her sister Persephone was snatched by Hades she stopped all growth on the earth, which led to a famine. Her mother Zeus convinced her to start farming again however she refused saying she would never give up searching for her daughter.

Eventually, the god Pan discovers that she is wandering and she is reunited with her mother. However, Zeus is upset that she didn't ask him about abducting his daughter and demands she become a maid in Hades family for the remainder of the year. He agrees and she stops seeking an entire year. She remains working part-time on the farm to show her gratitude.

Demeter is a powerful goddess that is skilled in attracting and cultivating plants. Her children can flourish in the most unlikely places, and the fruits can be enchanted by things like speed heal, inspire battle rage, or curse a player with the desire to kill. In addition to her agricultural powers, Demeter is also known as the goddess of harvests and grains.
